Reviews you can trust:

Paul and his wife Eileen are the most gracious hosts you can hope to find and run the place very efficiently.
The place is very pretty, well decorated and comfortable, with a good breakfast to start your day…excellent location, a walking distance from all “The action” in Dublin and the bus stops right in front of the place.
I am already recommending it to my friends !!!
I could not think of a better place to start a trip to another country, thanks Paul and Eileen from Grace and Hector from Dallas Tx.

Location is a straight bus ride from the airport. Not hard to find at all. It’s a little but of a walk to Temple Bar and the main center, but that was ok. Owner even has a garage in the back and if you ask he’ll let you park your car there. Very comfortable and clean. Owners made us feel right at home. Breakfast was awesome as well! Would come back here again.

Excellent B&B and would stay again. Four of us stayed and had a wonderful welcome. There for two nights – parked the car up and did not use it again until we had to leave. Dublin was amazing first stop Guinness Storehouse for 360 degree view of Dublin!!!
We did everything that tourists do in Dublin and Portobello was in easy walking distance of everywhere even though there is a bus. A1***** Thank you Zena

Paul and Eileen were great hosts- felt like staying with family! Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and location was right for us. We wanted to stay close to city center, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic and that is exactly what we got. By far the best value in Dublin.

We received a very warm welcome. The owners gave us an excellent tip on a nearby restaurant. The location was convenient for walking into the centre of Dublin and perfect for picking up a hire car from Hertz when we were moving on. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

We stay one nigth at this b&b Nice place to stay friendly welcomming good breakfast we recommende this place it was very pleasant. If we come in Dublin we would like to come here again

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was excellent, served in victorian dining room.
Within walking distance to Grafton Street or plenty of buses to city centre just outside the door.
Rooms were spacious and clean.

This is a gem! The bed and breakfast is in a great location to walk to and from the city center a 15 minute walk and the bus stop right out front. The host makes the best Irish breakfast and best converstion! Very clean.
